Privacy of Members

By participating in these private areas, you agree to respect the privacy of every member and to keep all shared content confidential.

The reproduction, recording, distribution, publication, screenshotting, forwarding, or disclosure of private group content without the express written permission of Govasana is strictly prohibited. Members who violate the privacy of the community may have their membership immediately suspended or permanently revoked without refund. Govasana also reserves the right to pursue any other remedies available under applicable law where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original written works, research, theories, articles, graphics, videos, audio, educational materials, and other original content published by Govasana are the intellectual property of Govasana and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, adapt, or create derivative works based upon Govasana’s original content without prior written authorization.

Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining & Automated Collection

The use of Govasana’s original content for the purpose of training, developing, improving, or operating artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), databases, automated knowledge repositories, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Govasana.

Likewise, the automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, indexing, downloading, or systematic collection of content from Govasana’s website, private communities, memberships, or digital products by bots, scripts, software, or other automated means is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

This restriction applies to all original written works, research, theories, analyses, graphics, videos, audio, educational materials, member discussions, and other proprietary content published or shared by Govasana.

Unauthorized use of Govasana’s content for AI training, data mining, commercial datasets, or other automated purposes may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights, breach of these Terms, and may result in the suspension or termination of access to Govasana services, as well as any additional legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.

No Commercial Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Govasana, no individual or organization may use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, license, sell, monetize, or otherwise commercially exploit any of Govasana’s original content or intellectual property.

Visitors, researchers, content creators, journalists, and educators may reference Govasana’s work through brief quotations or summaries where permitted by applicable law, provided that proper attribution is given and the use does not substitute for or reproduce a substantial portion of the original work.
